The paradox lies in the apparent unprotected predicament these ladies find themselves in. Fencing is a dangerous activity, and protection is needed at all times. If these girls are in any way playing even remotely “as if” they are going at each other with their rapiers, they are very brave indeed.
Well, even if they don’t… It takes a special person to do a performance like this, in the naughty naked nude, and in front of a live audience. But, admitted, they need not worry… they have gorgeous bodies.*
What can be said of anyone who is stupid enough to jeopardise his or her own life by having unprotected sex with an unknown and possibly HIV infected lover? Well, “brave” would be grossly out of place. “Reckless” is probably better suiting. “Insane” maybe even more.
