…then I do feel sorry for you. I am not a friend of religion, as you might have noticed. You are lucky though, that I am currently on holidays and that writing BLOG entries is not my main priority at the moment.
Right now, I am hiking in the Southern-German mountains with my wife and kids, and we are having a ball, and thus, my access to this BLOG is not as quick and painless as it usually is.
However, just before we left our home in Holland, a friend pressed a little booklet by Sam Harris into my hands, and ordered me to read it. Sam you may have met before right here in this little corner of the blogosphere, and I could not resist reading it quickly. It is very thin, so I had it swallowed in two hours, which gave me the opportunity to use the (self imposed) limited airtime to write a snippet of text about it.
What you just saw above is about the extent of the snippet, but I’d still like to add this: If you ever need ammunition to take potshots at the religiously contaminated suckers, visiting that same boring Cake-On-Lap with Coffee birthday party as you are, then this is a nice and concise tractate to fill your clip with. After this, there is no escape possible. You’ll be abreast with any argument you’ll ever need to give those gullible windheads a good spanking. Have fun!
