Noam Arnon, one of the radical leaders of the Israeli Civil Occupying Forces based in the Palestinian West Bank city of Hebron – also very euphemistically known as “settlers” – thought that the speech delivered by Obama in Cairo yesterday, was “nauseating”. Why? Because Obama made it very clear that the Fundamentalist Jewish policy of stealing land and the illegal occupation of territory belonging to another nation (which is in fact entitled to a long overdue sovereignty), should not be perpetuated any longer.
So what DOES this Arnon actually say? Firstly, he states that Obama has a strong Muslim bias, because of his middle name: Hussein. Yeah right! It seems very rich to me, that someone who is part of a people that has suffered prosecution on the basis of their religion for centuries, and later on the arbitrarily chosen parameter of “nose-size”, now has the gall to discriminate against others because of a middle name! But, maybe this Arnon-guy was not very serious when he made his statement. It seems in any case, that he has at least some trouble thinking straight.
The indication for the softness inside Arons skull comes from another remark he makes: the Jews, who have turned back to Israel after a diaspora – absence from the “Mother-Land” – of 2000 years, now have full rights to the land they left two long millennia ago. WHAT? I mean, is this guy for real? Where was mister Arnon 2000 years ago anyway? At best he was still a nitrogen atom, bound in some decaying food sitting in a goats bowels, waiting to be defecated.
But if we look closer at Arnons statement, we see some trouble coming. The alleged right to take (back) land from the people who have been living and working on it to survive for a long time, is based on “title deeds” going back 2000 years and which are mainly recorded in a fictitious book. This puts forward an interesting question: what then are the consequences of thinking along this rationale for the rest of the world? My ancestors – I count myself in with the Homo Sapiens Team – came from Cape-Town roughly 30.000 years ago.* Do my rights go back that far too? Can I now go to Zeekoevlei and kick some poor bugger out of his house to take back my “property”? I don’t think so.
I have an idea. If the Jews can steal back their land from the Palestinians, then the Native Americans are entitled to take back what once was their land and kick the shit out of every non-native American they come across. And just for good measure, they can start with the Jews. Noam Arnon would agree! He’d probably applaud the influx of more Jewish Forces into the occupied territories, so that he can continue his illegal and stupid battle against what is a rightful habitation of Palestina by the Palestinians.
In reality however, I am of the opinion that land doesn’t belong to anyone, and the Native Americans used to think the same. But that was before the Europeans came to screw up their continent. So now, since power player Israel openly flaunts its despotism, evil imperialism and blatant disregard for reason without blinking an eye, maybe the time has come to feed them a cookie of their own dough and make life REALLY DIFFICULT for them in the USA.
Speaking of which: I had a nice biscuit lying here right next to my morning coffee. But I find Noam Arnon so NAUSEATING, that I lost all appetite.
